The workspace
Every transaction, categorised.
Saved rules and the AI call the obvious lines and hand you the ones worth a second look. The reasoning sits on every row; one tap accepts or overrides.

Drop a year of statements.
Any SA bank PDF. We parse and deduplicate every line, and encrypt its amount, description and counterparty. A statement we read isn't stored; one we can't read is kept encrypted for 30 days, then deleted.

Income statement, on demand.
Per client, per tax year — every line tied back to source transactions. Behind it, the SARS-ready return: ITR12 for individuals and sole props, ITR14 for companies, with provisional-tax (IRP6) periods tracked. Your firm signs it off and files it on eFiling, field by field.

What we ship
The whole return, drafted.
Each entry, the bucket it sits in, the working that runs over it — lifted off your bank PDFs.
South African context
Built for South African firms.
ZAR, DD/MM/YYYY, a SARS-aligned chart of accounts, dedicated readers for the big five banks and a general reader for the rest, POPIA rules. Built in Cape Town; the app runs in Frankfurt (EU). OpenAI, which helps read and categorise statements, processes data outside South Africa.
- Dedicated readers:
- FNB
- Standard Bank
- Nedbank
- Absa
- Capitec
- Other SA banks: general reader
- ZAR
- SARS eFiling

Security
Four lines, plainly stated.
No bank-login scraping.
We never ask for client bank passwords or proxy a banking app. The only input is the PDF the bank already sends.
Statements aren't kept.
Statements we read successfully aren't stored; we keep the transactions, with amounts, descriptions and counterparties encrypted. When our own readers can't read a statement confidently, the whole PDF is sent to OpenAI to be read, including the account holder's name and account number. The one exception is a file we could not read: it is kept encrypted for 30 days so the failure can be fixed, then deleted.
Column-level encryption.
AES-256-GCM at the column for ID numbers, tax numbers, transaction amounts, descriptions and counterparties. Names and contact details, finalised return snapshots and uploaded supporting documents are not encrypted this way.
Firm-wide audit log.
Changes your staff make, such as uploads, categorisations, overrides and returns, are recorded in an append-only log scoped to your firm, with the time and who made them. Viewing records and signing in are not logged. Open the log any time.
